We reached 200 launch authors on Feb 21st! 🥳
A huge thank you to authors!
I wanted to send a huge thank you to all the authors who are taking part and who have referred us to other authors. Thank you so much 🥳!
Why is this number so important?
The more book recommendations we have from authors the more exposure we can get for all authors.
Our goal is to create an experience that is like browsing through your favorite bookstore, and the more book recommendations we have the more we can link those recommendations so that readers can follow their curiosity from one topic to the next. Each time they do that, they are meeting a new author, meeting that author's book, and getting five book recommendations from that author. We think that will translate into sales and exposure for the authors who write those lists.
So if a reader lands on a book recommendation list for "Best Books On The Hittites" we want to be able to show related best book lists as they follow their curiosity through the website. They might jump from that list to one on Ancient Turkey or the Assyrian Empire or Ancient Egypt during that period.

Launch Update - Homepage Almost Done!
Just a quick share, we only have a few more tweaks and the homepage of the upcoming site is almost done. After we finish it we will start working on the individual book recommendation pages :).
